Light Diesel Oil is a blend of distillates and residual fuel, lighter than furnace oil and easier to handle — it needs little or no preheating in most Indian conditions.

It suits smaller boilers, kilns, furnaces and certain DG sets where furnace oil handling infrastructure is not justified.
