Industrial bitumen 85/25 is an oxidised or ‘blown’ grade with a softening point around 85°C and penetration around 25. It is not a paving binder — it is used where a stiff, thermally stable bitumen is required.

Typical uses include roofing felt and membrane manufacture, pipe coating, joint filling and general waterproofing compounds. Supplied in 25 kg packed bags and drums.
